Regarding product consultation:
  • – Our working hours are from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday from 8am to 12am, Sunday off.
  • – We are committed to answering your questions at any time during working hours.
  • – Provide you with information about products that you are interested in as quickly as possible.
  • – Advise customers in choosing products that suit their needs.
Please let us know any specific products you would like to buy (if the item is not available in stock). We will respond and have the most positive solution.

  • – Shipping policy:
    • Products will be delivered nationwide.
    • Orders will be shipped within one to two business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
    • The delivery fee for the product is pay by the customer.
    • Delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 days, depending on inventory status or objective factors.
    • For mountainous provinces and remote islands, shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery location.
  • – Return instructions:
    • In case of exchange or return, due to abnormal or defective products, our GV build will collect and process, so please contact us in advance.

1. Conditions for exchange or return:

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return the goods immediately at the time of delivery and receipt in the following cases:
  • The goods are not of the correct type or model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order.
  • Insufficient quantity, not enough set as in the order.
  • External condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

2. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products.

  • Notification time for return: within 48 hours from when the customer receives the product in case the product is missing accessories, wrong model, damaged product.
  • Time for us to send the returned product: within 7-14 days from when we receive the product from the customer.
    In case you want to return the product (Note: for orders that return the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee).
